Welcome! We're glad you're here. We founded Vibrant, because after working previous jobs in the same or similar industries, we both realized their is a tremendous need for in home care providers. We love helping individuals remain in their homes and out of facilities. Our homes are where we want to be. Medicaid Certified & Credentialed with IA MCOs
Vibrant is a Medicaid certified agency providing Home and Community Based (HCBS) services. We are credentialed with both Iowa Managed Care Organizations (MCOs): Amerigroup and Iowa Total Care. We serve the following Waivers: Elderly, Physical Disability, Health and Disability, Intellectual Disability and Brain Injury. We also take some private pay clients, but our focus has always been on the underserved Medicaid population.
Addressing Staffing Issues
Every agency across the country struggles to find staffing. While we are certainly not perfect and share in those challenges, we do work very hard to have urgency in addressing issues, turnover and hiring. We understand how important in home support services are to you and your loved ones. We hire directly in the communities we serve and we can offer services in all 99 counties. Our ability to staff clients in certain areas are limited, but in many cases we are willing to try to hire or identify family or friends of the member to help support them.
